We want tails wagging—not heads shaking.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or just not what your pet expected, we’ve got you covered.

Eligibility:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Photos of the issue help us resolve things faster

Process:

  • Email us at support@pawfectrealm.com with your order ID and concern
  • We’ll respond within 48 hours
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

Note: We do not accept returns for hygiene-based items (e.g., used grooming tools) unless they’re defective.
